Intolerance and communalism are interrelated. One breeds the other and these lead to the destruction of the original cultures that emerge after the interaction of the communities and societies with the bounties of nature present in their natural habitat. Intolerance towards the centuries old civilisational moorings and heritage by the forces who want to thrust the alien agenda based on totalitarian mindset wrecks the entire social structure and indulges in destruction of the place consciousness. That is what has exactly happened with the Vedic identity in Kashmir; where continuous onslaughts from the jihadi forces based on communalism have unhinged the Sanskrit civilizational moorings of the Indian nation.

Subversion of the Vedic foundations of the Kashmir valley was well designed by the Islamic radicalization based on communalism much earlier than in any part of the world. When the communal assertion of Islam to over-run the valley failed in their objective of completely annihilating the Sanskrit expressions and foundations of Kashmir; it adopted the nuanced strategy of proselytisation and named it as the Sufi movement. In reality, it was the radical arm of Islam propounded by Sayeed Sufis to eat the vitals of Hinduism in the valley and render it ineffective from within.

Naturally, Kashmiri Pandits being the practitioners of the Vedic Sanskritic way of life were the prime targets. As the enemy knew it with much clarity than the present day mandarins of national policy in the Indian state that if Kashmir has to be taken away from the Indian national mainstream then a severe blow has to be thrust upon the Kashmiri Pandit community. It served to achieve all the objectives of the radicalism in Islam. It helped the jihadis to prepare the breeding ground for the Nizam-e-Mustafa and initiate the process of Darul Islam in the Northern Frontier in the Himalayas. Enemy knew well from centuries that if Hinduism and the sense of Indian nation has to be destroyed then dismantling of the Vedic identity of the Himalayas is the foremost objective of the jihadi operation.

Islamic jihad launched a gradual campaign. In the initial years of its unholy advent in the valley during the 14th century it indulged in sabotage and once it succeeded in disturbing the spiritual peace of the Sanskrit society, it took over the reins of power by indulging in wholesale proselytisation. The reason of its success in achieving the subversion of the Sanskrit Kashmir lies in the fact that people in rest of India could not gauge the ferocity of Muslim communalism in Kashmir. The reason being the lack of insight into the political undercurrents of the Abhramic religion based on subjugating the infidels.

This process didn’t end here but it continued ever after the Indian nation got independence from imperialist British at the cost of the partition of the motherland. On the contrary communalism based on jihadi radicalism was accommodated by the Indian state in the nation building exercise that shaped the perception of Indian state that Jammu and Kashmir can only be part of the Indian republic when the sub nationalism and separatism of the Muslim majority of Kashmir is accommodated in the constitutional set up as the political imperative.

In a way in 1947 Indian state accepted Jammu and Kashmir as the separate sphere of Muslim influence, when already Pakistan was created as the Islamic nation to cater to the communal and separatist demand of the Indian Muslims. By agreeing to accept Jammu and Kashmir as the separate sphere of Muslim influence within the constitutional domain of India, Indian state accepted to nourish another Pakistan with special status under the aegis of Article 370 within the Indian body politic. The fallout of this fallacy has turned to be of immense magnitude as it has weakened the so called secularism that is the guiding principle of the Indian state to govern India. It has created a political class in India that defends this anomaly without knowing its implications on the nation building. They have failed to realize that nurturing the seed of Muslim communalism in Jammu and Kashmir under the garb of so called special status is the recipe for the balkanization of Indian nation.

What is more alarming is that there is no left, right and centre in Indian politics when it comes to giving concessions to Kashmiri Muslim sub nationalism based on communalism. All political formations have failed to understand that it has subjected all the non Muslim minorities of the state as hostages to communalism based on jihad.

It won’t be an exaggeration to say that what is happening in Kashmir or for that matter in Jammu and Kashmir under the garb of Azadi is the expression of Muslim communalism for another partition of India having tacit support of the vast Muslim populace in India. As it suits the Indian Muslims tactically. They may be a minority in rest of India but it is a significant minority. They have never challenged the Kashmiri Muslim separatism and its onslaught of Kashmiri Pandits in Kashmir. What they cannot achieve themselves in rest of India is being achieved by them in Kashmir through their counterparts.

As they are a majority there and are safeguarded by the separatist provisions in the constitution, so it can be said that what is happening in Kashmir is not only aided and abetted by Pakistan but has the blessings of the Indian Muslims too. The game becomes murkier when the global jihadi operatives like ISIS have already infiltrated the rank and file of the Muslim societies.

It is in this back ground that the religious cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits should be analyzed. Many myths and false notions were propagated to tarnish the microscopic community of Kashmiri Pandits that had no control over the power structure and administration of the state and country. The reason being that the Indian state bailed out Kashmiri Muslim communalism as “Kashmiriyat”- a misnomer for pseudo secularism and allowed the Muslim communalists to take refuge under its garb, which was in fact a sugar coated poison to persecute the already marginalized Kashmiri Pandits.

Year 1990 was the last nail in the coffin, when all masks used over the years to persecute the Kashmiri Pandits were thrown away and open war was decaled against this community as it represented the Sanskrit moorings of the civilisational Indian nation. Indian state failed to realise that religious cleansing of this Sanskrit community was basically an assault on the very existence of the Indian nation and the signal that dent was made in the Northern Frontier in the Himalayas.

Indian state to this day has not accepted that a continuous civilisational war is being fought in Jammu and Kashmir and Kashmiri Pandits carrying forward the legacy of the Vedic identity are its frontline victims and soldiers who though unarmed; fought valiantly by acting as the ambassadors of the Indian nation in more than two decades of exile to expose the real intent of jihad in Kashmir. This denial has cost Indian state dearly as this war of attrition is spreading in other parts of India as jihadis are making national and international alliances to wreck India by eating the vitals of its body politic.

Keeping in view the policy paralysis and comprehension deficit of the Indian state besides the myopic view of the mandarins in New Delhi regarding the Muslim communalism in Kashmir; Kashmiri Pandits were not discouraged but took upon themselves in exile in 1991 to go for course correction and save the Indian nation from this unholy march of Islamic jihadi imperialism by developing the comprehensive blueprint to define their resurgence and remain steadfast in upholding the Sanskrit India in Kashmir.

In the intervening night of 27-28 December in 1991; whole Kashmiri Pandit society en mass endorsed the historical Margdarshan Resolution that envisages a separate Homeland in Kashmir with the free flow of Indian nationhood. It addresses the core concerns of the community and took head on the forces who have indulged in the subversion of the Sanskrit Kashmir. It gives the civilisational affront to the jihadi forces that have been waging war against the Indian nation in Kashmir and the Himalayas by exhorting the Sanskrit forces in the entire Indian nation to reverse the religious cleansing and genocide of the Kashmiri Pandits, which is actually the movement for establishing the Vedic identity – the original Sanskrit Kashmir and the Sanskrit India; of which, the Kashmiri Pandits are the seeds and anchors.

This is the map for the Homeland UT demarcated in Margdarshan resolution in 1991 by Kashmiri Hindus centrally administered area with free flow of Sanskrit Indian nationhood.

It takes into consideration the “Grand Design of Muslim Precedence” that stands at the root of communalism and civilisational subversion in Kashmir. It minces no words in defining the contours of return and rehabilitation of Kashmiri Pandits in their ancestral Homeland-Kashmir. It develops an argument that blows into the smithereens the hidden agendas of the fifth column and the apologists of Islamic jihad in India and asks to address the communal and political fault lines in Jammu and Kashmir in general and Kashmir in particular so that return and rehabilitation of the religiously cleansed Kashmiri Pandits is made a reality seeking a complete guarantee against any future refoulement.

Margdarshan Resolution is the Kashmiri Pandit community’s tryst with their destiny in terms of being masters of their fate by taking the reins of power in their own hands; by shaping their Vedic identity of Sanskrit culture and aesthetics in their own homeland. That has been vandalized and taken over by the alien forces and elements who want to erase their identity as the Vedic people of the Sanatan Dhrama.

Margdarshan Resoultion addresses various issues and fault lines at various levels and is thus the cardinal principle of upholding the Indian nation in the Himalayas and in the frontline state of Jammu and Kashmir. Those who sideline it, will be doing it at their own peril. As the Islamic jihad has joined hands with Chinese Imperialism and besides evangelical intrusions are working in tandem and pincer movements are being engineered in the Himalayas to balkanize the Indian nation. And all these forces have a consensus and compact as they know to dismember India, a one blow at the epicenter of Sanskritism- Kashmir is enough to achieve it.

Margdarshan Resolution when analyzed in broader realm defines the creation of separate homeland in the national and international context. It lays ample scope to develop the infrastructure and economic viability of the separate homeland in Kashmir. The realization of Homeland to reverse the genocide of the community lies in developing the infrastructure both economic and religious in exile to harness the talent of the highly skilled and professional youth of the community spread all over the globe by making them accountable for shaping the destiny of the community.

Human resource that is key to lay infrastructural development and as it lays the foundation for the on ground mechanism to transform the society into a well meaning cohesive block upholding its culture, heritage, religion and economic aspects in terms of standards of living in the emerging world order.

Margdarshan has inherent in its conception and every word the resurgence of the community and takes into its fold the national security imperative that has been given no credence by the successive political formations at the centre. It addresses the issues pertaining the security of the Indian nation in the Himalayas and lays emphasis on a Bharat that cannot be outwitted in the Northern Frontier.

Margdarshan defines Homeland not only as the necessity to reverse the religious cleansing of Kashmiri Pandits but it demonstrates as to how the mandarins in New Delhi should make the national security doctrine viable meant to safeguard the Indian nation in Jammu and Kashmir. India’s conception and reality as a nation cannot exist till it realizes the separate Homeland for Kashmiri Pandits as the nucleus of the national orbit in the Himalayas as it is the Kashmiri Pandits who have Sanskritised the Himalayas and defined the aesthetic reality of Sanskit Bharat in Kashmir.

Homeland is not a mere slogan but the expression of the centuries old Kashmiri Pandit assertion to bid good bye to persecution and Islamic separatism that has rendered it hostage and cleansed Kashmir of its original inhabitants. It strikes at the root of discrimination and criminalization inflicted on this totally literate and peaceful community besides choking their lifelines by taking over the reins of power in the state by managing to subvert the Indian democratic set up in the name of secularism and befooling the Indian state to term the Kashmiri Muslim communalism as secularism and calling it as Kashmiriyat.

Margdarshan resolution is a tryst with Homeland that exhorts the Kashmiri Pandit community to give up sickness of slavery and defeatist mentality. It is the blueprint for the Swaraj of Kashmiri Pandit community free from Muslim communalism that has rendered it homeless in their own state and country.

The need is to internalize the reality that the Margdarshan resolution is a comprehensive blueprint that addresses the social, political, religious, cultural and economic aspects of the community seeking its empowerment through complete transfer of power to rule and govern themselves as per their requirements to emerge as the masters of their own destiny. It empowers the community to take the reins of power into their own hands and set up the system that is not subservient to any communal and theo fascist machination. It is the charter to reclaim what has been denied to this nationalist community in terms of fundamental rights and democratic set up even in so called secular India.

Margdarshan Resolution is the blueprint for the new dawn of resurgence of the Kashmiri Pandit community to shape its own social, political, cultural and religious destiny in tune with the Vedic Sanskrit foundations of the Indian nation in Kashmir; with complete control on the Northern Frontier and the Sanskrit Himalayas.
